Hi, I'm Vanessa, founder of Avenue & Acre Property Group. I started Avenue & Acre because I believe owning property should feel rewarding, not overwhelming — whether it's a long-term or short-term rental. Avenue & Acre was built to help property owners feel confident that their investment is cared for with professionalism, transparency, and attention to the details that matter. My goal is simple: to help you grow a strong investment and enjoy the benefits of property ownership without all the day-to-day work. I'll make the process as easy as possible while helping you stay compliant, protect your property, and keep everything running smoothly. I'm an entrepreneur at heart with a background in leadership and operations in fast-paced environments. That experience shaped how I built Avenue & Acre: organized, responsive, and committed to clear communication when it matters most.
